Every time I spoke to Chris I told him that your company should be considered a human rights organization. The monopoly that these companies (who get bids to provide services in the facilities) have on phone calls to and from jails is absurd. And it's praying on many people in this country who are already in the low-income bracket. Your company gives them a much more affordable option, and saved me hundreds of dollars when my boyfriend was in immigration detention. First of all, your founders are genius. Second, your staff are superb and comforted me in a time of crisis...often responding to my audible tears with words of hope. Sometimes Chris must have felt like my therapist, but he responded apropriately to someone who was clearly distressed. I just want to do an updated testimonial. I have been a customer from almost the very beginning.I could not ask for a better service. It has been 2 years now and the Customer Service is just Super!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!I have never had a dropped phone call with CJC unlike Global tel link. The rates are SUPER compared to the prison server.$7.00 for a 15 minute phone call and most times my daughter would spend her 15 minutes TRYING to get through, with CJC it cost next to nothing for a 15 minute phone call and NEVER had I missed a phone call because of the service !!!!! When I would have questions I can call and talk to a human being, be able to understand every word they say.All I can say is you won't be sorry with the cost, the service, or the customer service!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Chris keep up the great work super service and cheap rates.... I can say I will be with them for the duration of my daughters sentence!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My account got closed for a while due to inactivity, but restarting a new account was really easy and convenient! In fact, the service officer, Chris, who set up my account when I first got it MONTHS ago, remembered me, and that made everything really special. It's nice to get people who ask about your day and what's happening in your end of the world, instead of simply just leaving an awkward silence. The service is TERRIFIC, and I can't emphasise that enough. More importantly, who those of us who are overseas, it keeps up connected and closer to the ones we love. :D Thanks so much for the awesome service you provide; I am truly indebted and cannot express how grateful I am to be able to talk to my loved one who's so far away. :D

I had intially opened the account for my mom on 1/2012 with Chris,who answer all my questions with respect and professionalism. Since then, Jason is the person I generally speak to concerning her account. Like Chris, he's respectful, professional and down to earth making you feel comfortable as if you have known him for years. "KUDOS" to you Jason your the best not taking away from the rest of the team. This company does help keep family ties in tact with the lines of communication opened and an option. Such wonderful service! I was paying 50 per 30 minutes not i pay next to nothing. The are open to contact early in the AM till late PM. They always have time to answer all the "silly" question I have. I am so impressed with this company. Please come to Canada and open up just a regular phone company?!

I have had nothing but patient, concerned,& extremely helpful service from each one of you. To the PUBLIC READING THIS: These guys are so easy to do business with, & very patient! They will answer the same question over & over again until you fully understand. I call them often to ask for explanations & they never get upset. Just plain down right nice guys that know the ins & outs of the jail systems thoroughly! It's so nice to deal with real people that know what their doing. This company is the REAL DEAL, NO HIDDEN CHARGES, no fancy language you can't understand,& to top it off, it's the best savings plan out there!! I know, I've either had the others or researched the other plans. If you want to save money for yourself or your loved one in jail, go with this company! This site is so awesome. This is the first time I ever had to deal with anyone being incarcerated, and it happened to be my daughter who was pregnant and in another state. Of course I accepted all charges not knowing at first that there was a better and much cheaper way.
I felt really blessed to have someone like Chris, who to me is an angel. He helped me through every step and was so sweet, patient and experienced at his work. Fortunately, my daughter was released the day after I signed up and Chris actually called me and told me that he was going to give me a refund!!! It all seemed too good to be true but it is. I recommend this site to anyone and everyone that has a loved one who is incarcerated but cannot afford (who can?) to pay those ridiculous charges for so little time. This is the real deal!!! It DOES work. I was a bit hesitant at first but figured I had nothing to lose if I tried the 300 minute plan. Especially considering how I was getting ripped off by the jail phone. I live in Colorado but my only phone line was my cell phone which was still a California phone number. CJC got me a local number right to my cell phone and w/in minutes I was able to receive calls. NO JOKE! I'm really impressed!! I get double the phone calls for the same price and not only did the number of phone calls double but the time I get to spend on the phone did as well! You can't go wrong with this service.

I am back to do another testimonial. I have been a customer since the beginning of CJC and I haven't had a complaint at all.It certainly beats paying $227.00 in a 2 week period with GTL.I have ALWAYS had OUTSTANDING CUSTOMER SERVICE,QUESTIONS ALWAYS ANSWERED, NEVER HAD A DROPPED CALL.Speaking of dropped calls there was time when I had to use GTL because my daughter was told moving from unit to unit she could not use her calling card in another unit. Don't let anyone tell you that. This is when I was paying $227 in a 2 week period for servise that absolutely S@@@ed!!!!!!!! The customer service was so RUDE, INCONSIDERATE,AND HORRIBLE....You could call many many many times a day and would never get anyone and when you did you could hardly understand what they were telling you and they would also tell you there is no way for your loved one to call but collect.So I fell for it just to talk to my daughter,but I did my homework and that is soooooooo false.GTL got plenty of my $'s but not anymore. By the time I was done with the phone call they had me so POed I would hang up on them. With GTL the service in the prisons is horrible sometimes my daughter would use her 15 minutes phone time just trying to get through and thats pretty sad trying sometimes up to 9 times in 15 minutes to get through and couldn't and this wasn't only 1 day this can go on for days. So anyone wanting to try CJC don't hesitate. I went from paying $5.72 a call (collect)down to $1 and some change for BETTER SERVICE ALL AROUND.I have never had a dropped phone call,Never had a break in service,and NEVER been charged for something I can't use. Customer Service at CJC CAN NOT BE BEAT.........They talk you through what you need, they are always very very kind and considerate they treat you like family!!!!!!!
SO guys keep up the super service.....
